We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated & experienced Senior FOH / Restaurant Manager to lead and inspire the restaurant team of an upmarket leisure tourism establishment based in Stellenbosch. The successful candidate will report to the F&B Manager & be responsible for all aspects of FOH operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, guest satisfaction, staff management & a positive and productive work environment.
APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume, fast-paced environment (preferably within the hospitality / leisure tourism industry).
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in POS systems and other relevant restaurant management software.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards and best practices.
- Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
