Warwick Wine Estate is looking for an energetic and ambitious individual with a passion for the Hospitality Industry to join our team as a Front-of-House Manager.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar position and industry
- 4+ years’ experience in a similar hospitality environment
- English language proficiency
- Customer service-oriented
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good understanding of Hospitality procedures and practices
- Computer literacy (MS Office, POS & Booking systems)
- Formal wine education will be advantageous
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
- Willing to relocate
Responsibilities:
- Daily management of the FOH team and duties
- Opening and closing duties
- General maintenance and management of equipment
- Coordinating and supervising employee activities to ensure an overall efficient and pleasant customer experience
- Responsible for accurate record keeping and management of employee attendance, wages, tips, leave etc.
- Dealing with customers queries, complaints and compliments
- General FOH Management duties
