Experienced high end sommelier and assistant sommelier for incredible estate

Premier destination estate in Stellenbosch area is looking for the perfect fit, that blends passion, knowledge and commitment to excellence.  Incumbent must have an extensive knowledge of local wines and cultivars.

He/She will be responsible for advising and recommending to guests according to their personal wine needs, i.e taste, food and wine pairing, the occasion or the budget. He/She is also responsible for selecting wines, creating drink lists and managing stock. He/She builds and maintains the wine list according to the needs of the establishment. He/She is also responsible for training on wine and other beverages by conducting wine tastings.  

Must be impeccable, great communication and presentation skills, be passionate about the craft and have immense attention for detail and commitment to creating the ultimate guest experience.
