Nestled in the beautiful coastal town of Yzerfontein, our client is a one-of-a-kind venue renowned for its stunning beachfront location, warm hospitality, and exceptional experiences. Offering a blend of rustic charm and modern elegance, our client hosts a variety of events, from weddings and private celebrations to corporate gatherings. The accommodation boasts 27 rooms and is able to accommodate up to 67 guests.
 
Role Overview:
 
We have an opportunity for an seasoned Operations Manager to join their dynamic team. The role will oversee all aspects of operations, ensuring seamless execution of events and delivering exceptional experiences for guests. You will manage a diverse and skilled team, including the event manager, marketing manager, receptionist, kitchen and bar staff, and cleaning team. This hands-on leadership role is critical to maintaining our client’s reputation for excellence while supporting the owner in growing and refining the business.
 
Ideal Candidate:
 
We are looking for an individual with proven experience in hospitality, event management, or a strong organizational and multitasking skills, guest and service cetric, strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and expenses, strong ability to effectively lead, manage and inspire a diverse team, flexible.
