Duties and Responsibilities:
- Growth Management: Oversee the growth of the Oenology portfolio, including a range of oenological products in Southern Africa.
- Client Relationships: Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients in the wine industry.
- Initiative: Demonstrate a self-starter attitude with the ability to take initiative.
- Energy and Drive: Exhibit boundless energy, optimism, and a strong drive to succeed.
- Team Inspiration: Inspire the team to achieve excellence.
- Strategic Influence: Influence and shape strategy to deliver results.
- Collaboration: Work on strategy development to enhance client satisfaction and drive growth.
- Client Service: Ensure clients experience the full value of the company's oenological solutions through proactive and dedicated service.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Education: Tertiary qualification in Oenology or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of winemaking experience, with hands-on cellar experience.
- Passion for Problem-Solving: A passion for solving challenges using the company's suite of oenological products.
