? Salary: R13 000 - R16 000 (DOE)
? Location: Stellenbosch, Western Cape

What We’re Looking For:
✔ A qualified Chef de Partie with experience in Japanese cuisine (sushi, robatayaki, ramen, or kaiseki experience is a plus!).
✔ A passion for authentic ingredients and precise techniques.
✔ Strong knife skills and a keen eye for presentation.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end kitchen while maintaining top-tier quality.
✔ A team player who thrives under pressure.
✔ Knowledge of traditional and modern Japanese cooking styles.

What You’ll Be Doing:
? Preparing high-quality sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes.
? Working with top-tier ingredients to craft authentic flavors.
? Collaborating with the team to create an exceptional dining experience.
