Guest Relations Officer

Kendrick Recruitment is on the hunt for a Guest Relations Officer to join a breathtaking luxury wine estate in Stellenbosch! If you're passionate about hospitality, fine wine, and creating unforgettable guest experiences, this role is for you!

? Salary: R13 000 – R16 000
? Location: Stellenbosch, Western Cape

✔ Experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, or front-of-house service.
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills – always ready to go the extra mile.
✔ Someone with a passion for wine, food, and top-tier guest experiences.
✔ Well-presented, organized, and able to handle VIP guests with ease.

What You’ll Be Doing:
? Welcoming guests and ensuring their visit is nothing short of exceptional.
? Managing bookings, reservations, and special requests.
? Conducting wine tastings and estate tours, sharing insights about the estate.
? Handling guest queries, solving issues swiftly, and ensuring top-tier service.
? Coordinating with different departments to deliver a seamless experience.
