? Salary: R16 000 – R18 000
? Location: Stellenbosch, Western Cape

What We’re Looking For:
? A certified wine lover with experience in hospitality, fine dining, or wine service.
? Strong knowledge of South African and international wines, varietals, and pairings.
? A people-person who can engage with guests and enhance their wine journey.
? Excellent communication and storytelling skills – because every bottle has a story!
? Strong organizational skills to manage stock, tastings, and wine lists with precision.
? A passion for food and wine pairing, working closely with chefs to create next-level experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing:
? Assisting the Head Sommelier in curating an extraordinary wine program.
? Hosting wine tastings and guiding guests through their sensory adventure.
? Recommending the perfect wine pairings for fine dining experiences.
? Managing wine stock, orders, and cellar organization.
? Training front-of-house staff to elevate their wine knowledge.
