? Salary: R25 000 – R28 000
? Location: Stellenbosch, Western Cape

What You’ll Be Doing:
? Overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring guests experience exceptional service from start to finish.
? Managing a passionate team, driving high performance, and fostering a positive, can-do work environment.
? Curating memorable dining experiences, with a focus on wine pairings, luxury service, and personalized attention.
? Ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen, front-of-house, and management to maintain operational excellence.
? Handling staff training, recruitment, and performance management to elevate service standards.
? Managing budgets, stock levels, and cost control to ensure financial efficiency without compromising on quality.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ A proven leader with at least 3+ years of experience in a high-end restaurant management role.
✔ Strong understanding of fine dining service and wine culture.
✔ Exceptional communication and organizational skills with the ability to handle high-volume service.
✔ A hands-on approach with the ability to inspire and manage a team of professionals.
✔ High energy, passion for hospitality, and an eye for detail.
