What You’ll Be Doing:
?? Assisting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and ensuring smooth service during high-pressure periods.
? Preparing and presenting gourmet dishes that reflect the elegance and sophistication of the estate.
? Maintaining the highest culinary standards, ensuring all dishes meet quality expectations.
? Supervising kitchen staff, ensuring proper training and adherence to hygiene standards.
? Collaborating with the wine team to pair exquisite dishes with fine wines that complement the estate’s offerings.
? Overseeing inventory management, food prep, and stock rotation to reduce waste and ensure freshness.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ A talented Sous Chef with at least 3 years of experience in a high-end kitchen environment.
✔ A creative culinary mind with a passion for innovative, fine dining cuisine.
✔ Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and inspire the kitchen team.
✔ A deep understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
✔ A can-do attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
