Kendrick Recruitment is looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at a luxury wine estate in Stellenbosch. If you’re a dynamic chef who thrives in a high-end kitchen environment and wants to work with world-class ingredients and wines, this is the role for you!

? Salary: R13,000 – R16,000
? Location: Stellenbosch, Western Cape

What You’ll Be Doing:
? Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with the estate's renowned culinary vision.
?‍? Oversee your designated section in the kitchen, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
? Collaborate with other team members to maintain consistent quality and meet guest expectations.
? Contribute to the development of innovative menu ideas and culinary techniques.
? Maintain food safety standards and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly throughout service.
? Provide leadership and support to junior kitchen staff, helping them grow and develop their skills.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ At least 2-3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a fine dining or luxury environment.
✔ A passionate chef with strong culinary knowledge and attention to detail.
✔ Ability to work under pressure while maintaining the highest standards.
✔ Experience with preparing high-end dishes, using fresh, quality ingredients.
✔ A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
