What You’ll Be Doing:
Assisting the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team to culinary excellence
Creating innovative, seasonal menus using the freshest local ingredients
Maintaining impeccable quality & presentation standards in every dish
Managing kitchen operations, including stock control, hygiene, and team development
Ensuring seamless service delivery in a fine-dining environment
Upholding sustainability and farm-to-table principles
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a fine-dining or luxury setting
Exceptional plating and culinary creativity
Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire a kitchen team
Passion for local and seasonal ingredients
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards
