Your Daily Role Will Include:
Welcoming and assisting guests with luggage and transfers
Providing friendly and professional guest service
Driving guests to local attractions, airports, and estate venues
Assisting with deliveries and general transport needs
Ensuring the fleet is clean, well-maintained, and fueled
Supporting the concierge and front office teams with guest requests
What We’re Looking For:
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Previous porter, chauffeur, or driving experience in a luxury setting is an advantage
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Well-groomed and professional appearance
Good knowledge of the Franschhoek area is a plus
A positive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
