Pick Me Recruitment is looking for a Seasoned Events Manager to take full ownership of the service delivery of the property’s Events Department.
As the Events Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing a range of high-profile events including Weddings, Conferences, Corporate Events and Property Events and ensure events align with the company’s brand and business objectives.

This role requires an individual with a strong business and financial acumen, who can think strategically, set and manage budgets, oversee all aspects of event planning, execution, strong ability to work with internal teams and a service providers. It will be expected to research market trends and develop innovative ideas for future events and guest experiences.

Key Position Requirements:

• Qualification in Event Management / Marketing or similar
• At least 5 years of experience in Event Management
• Hands-on event execution skills
• Strategic thinking and strong planning ability
• Budgeting and Costing
• Ability to curate unique guest experiences
• Passionate about hospitality and service delivery
• Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license
