We are looking for CDP with experience in both Hot and Cold section, excellent operational and leadership skills essential.
 
Position Requirements:
 
• Qualification in Professional Cookery beneficial
• Own Transport and valid driver’s license preferred
• Stable track record
 
FOR RESTAURANT HOSTESS (JNR MANAGER) APPLICANTS;
 
We are seeking an individual with previous Restaurant Hostess experience in a sophisticated dining environment, with strong administrative abilities and above average interpersonal skills.
 
Position Requirements:
 
• Hospitality Qualification beneficial
• Own Transport and valid driver’s license preferred
• Proficient in MS-Office suite and knowledgeable about restaurant operating systems
 
REMUNERATION: Competitive Basic Salaries (Relating to experience)
 
Starting date: The property is re-launching in September 2025
