A busy hotel and wine farm is looking for a reliable Night Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must be responsible, organized, and able to handle a variety of night-time operational duties.
Oversee general floor management and ensure smooth night operations
Handle cash-up and end-of-day financial procedures
Lock up and secure the premises at closing
Transport staff safely (Code 8 license with PrDP required)
Address any guest or operational issues that arise during the night shift
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Valid Code 8 driver’s license with PrDP (Professional Driving Permit)
