Wine Club Ambassador

Are you passionate about wine and love engaging with people? We are looking for a dynamic Wine Club Ambassador to represent our exclusive wine club, connect with wine enthusiasts, and grow our community of loyal members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and grow membership in our wine club through direct engagement, events, and communication initiatives.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a premium experience for all members.

• Host tastings, events, and private club gatherings, educating members on our wines and winemaking process.

• Develop relationships with existing members, fostering retention and loyalty.

• Assist in coordinating wine shipments, exclusive offers, and club communication.

• Work closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and club sign-ups.

Ideal Candidate:

• A deep passion for wine and a basic understanding of viticulture and winemaking.

• Experience in hospitality, sales, or customer service (wine industry experience is a plus).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A proactive and engaging personality, with the ability to build strong relationships.

• Comfortable speaking in front of groups and leading tastings.

• Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.

• Must be available for weekends.
