Role Description
This is a contract Chef De Partie role located on-site at Nederburg Wines in Paarl. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for daily food preparation, assisting in menu planning, maintaining high kitchen standards, and ensuring quality culinary experiences for guests.
Qualifications
- Culinary skills in food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Menu planning and kitchen management experience
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in fine dining establishments is a plus
- Culinary degree or relevant certification
- Matric certificate
- Reside locally
