Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent
WSET qualification or relevant wine education will be beneficial
Proven experience in wine sales, tasting room, hospitality, or the FMCG industry, with a strong understanding of the wine sector
Passion for wine and strong knowledge of winemaking, varietals, and food pairings
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
Ability to lead a team and handle customer interactions with confidence.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Own transport - Willingness to travel locally for sales meetings, events, and trade shows
Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and occasional evening events
Works well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Point of Sale Systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm and professional demeanour
