Production Line Operator - Fresh Fruit Packhouse - Klapmuts

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills (on-site training will be provided for using the production software systems).
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work night shifts during peak season.
• Previous packhouse experience is advantageous.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate and monitor packing line equipment, including  camera grading and sorting system - Globalscan6. Manage the pack line, ensuring correct setup and adjustments.
• Lead and coordinate a packing team to ensure targets are met.
• Plan, document, and measure daily production output.
• Identify and resolve issues quickly to avoid production downtime.
