I hold a BSc in Agriculture (Viticulture & Oenology) from Stellenbosch University, with comprehensive academic training and hands-on experience in both cellar and vineyard operations. My practical exposure includes a harvest internship at Neil Ellis Wines (2024), where I was actively involved in grape sampling, fermentation management, additions, racking, and basic lab analysis.
As part of my final-year studies, I also completed a small-scale vinification project, deepening my understanding of wine chemistry, microbiology, and sensory evaluation. I am IPW certified, comfortable with standard winemaking protocols, and familiar with both traditional and modern production environments.
I’m seeking a role in cellar operations, laboratory support, vineyard technical work, or a harvest internship, where I can apply my training and continue learning under experienced professionals.
