Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a Digital Marketing & Design Coordinator for a prestigious luxury wine estate in Stellenbosch. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic marketing team and support the Head of Marketing across a range of digital communication and design responsibilities.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Copy Editing

Write, review, and edit all marketing content for the estate

Assist in designing promotional material in collaboration with the creative team

Bring innovative content ideas to support marketing strategies
2. Digital Marketing Management

Draft and publish content using digital platforms
-
Schedule content aligned with global digital strategies
-
Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices
-
Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest)
-
Engage with audiences, respond to inquiries, and promote initiatives
-
Track and analyse performance using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
-
Develop campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement
-
Research trends and apply best practices across all digital touchpoints
3. Design Responsibilities

Create marketing collateral including brochures, logos, and press releases using Adobe InDesign
-
Coordinate with external print and design providers to meet deadlines
-
Support internal departments with their design and branding requirements
4. Communication & Administrative Support

Manage and coordinate all printed collateral across departments
-
Oversee monthly stock take and handle ordering and supplier communication
-
Organize estate photo and video shoots
-
Maintain media databases and manage press clippings
-
Liaise with tourism and media partners when required
-
Assist with communication requests from various departments

Create and maintain marketing databases
-
Prepare media kits and collateral as needed

Support the Marketing & PR calendar

Assist the Marketing Manager with day-to-day requests
Requirements:

Relevant qualification in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field

1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred

Design proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator

Experience managing social media platforms

Strong copywriting and editing skills

Knowledge of CMS platforms

Excellent organizational and project management skills

Strong computer literacy

Analytical mindset with knowledge of web analytics tools
