Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a Digital Marketing & Design Coordinator for a prestigious luxury wine estate in Stellenbosch. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic marketing team and support the Head of Marketing across a range of digital communication and design responsibilities.

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Copy Editing

  • Write, review, and edit all marketing content for the estate

  • Assist in designing promotional material in collaboration with the creative team

  • Bring innovative content ideas to support marketing strategies

2. Digital Marketing Management

  • Draft and publish content using digital platforms

  • Schedule content aligned with global digital strategies

  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices

  • Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest)

  • Engage with audiences, respond to inquiries, and promote initiatives

  • Track and analyse performance using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights

  • Develop campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement

  • Research trends and apply best practices across all digital touchpoints

3. Design Responsibilities

  • Create marketing collateral including brochures, logos, and press releases using Adobe InDesign

  • Coordinate with external print and design providers to meet deadlines

  • Support internal departments with their design and branding requirements

4. Communication & Administrative Support

  • Manage and coordinate all printed collateral across departments

  • Oversee monthly stock take and handle ordering and supplier communication

  • Organize estate photo and video shoots

  • Maintain media databases and manage press clippings

  • Liaise with tourism and media partners when required

  • Assist with communication requests from various departments

  • Create and maintain marketing databases

  • Prepare media kits and collateral as needed

  • Support the Marketing & PR calendar

  • Assist the Marketing Manager with day-to-day requests

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred

  • Design proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator

  • Experience managing social media platforms

  • Strong copywriting and editing skills

  • Knowledge of CMS platforms

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

  • Strong computer literacy

  • Analytical mindset with knowledge of web analytics tools

  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken

  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments

  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

  • Flexible, accountable, and deadline-driven
