Ensure high standards in guest service, cleanliness, and property maintenance

Oversee and support all Guest Relations staff and procedures

Ensure each guest receives prompt, professional, and personal attention

Handle guest queries efficiently and effectively

Attend daily operational meetings

Carry out all responsibilities of Guest Relations Officers and Night Auditors when necessary

Manage staff rosters and scheduling
-
Conduct onboarding training for newly recruited Guest Relations Officers
-
Monitor adherence to estate policies and procedures
-
Maintain attention to detail across all operational tasks
-
Support employee relations processes as needed
-
Grade 12 and a diploma or certificate in Hospitality or Tourism
-
2 – 3 years’ experience in a front desk or duty management role
-
Strong passion for the hospitality industry
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
-
Well-presented with a professional and courteous demeanor
-
Comfortable working with high-profile guests and international clientele
-
Flexible, honest, and accountable
-
Friendly, outgoing personality with a natural sense of warmth
-
Highly punctual, disciplined, and detail-oriented
-
Proficient with basic computer systems and administrative processes
-
Willingness and ability to work night shifts when required
