What we’re looking for:
Experience as a Bar Supervisor in a luxury hotel or upmarket venue
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wines
Excellent leadership, communication, and hands-on service skills
Key responsibilities:
Overseeing daily bar operations and leading the team
Maintaining high service and hygiene standards
Managing staff training, rostering, and stock control
Delivering consistently exceptional guest experiences
Salary: ZAR 17,500
