Experience in a luxury hotel, fine dining establishment, or upmarket restaurant
Outstanding guest service skills with a polished, professional presence
Solid food and beverage knowledge
Key responsibilities:
Delivering 5-star table service to guests
Strong knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and wine pairings
Handling guest requests efficiently while maintaining the highest service standards
Salary: ZAR 8,000
