We’re searching for a Stewarding Supervisor to lead and maintain the hotel’s back-of-house operations.
What we’re looking for:
Experience as a Stewarding Supervisor in a luxury hotel or upmarket hospitality venue
Strong leadership, organisational, and hygiene management skills
Key responsibilities:
Overseeing the stewarding team and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards
Managing stock, inventory, and equipment maintenance
Training and mentoring stewarding staff
Salary: ZAR 18,000
