Manage daily staff scheduling based on restaurant needs

Ensure the restaurant is correctly set up before service, including ambiance, lighting, and music

Prepare floor plans and assign tables while communicating special occasions and dietary requirements

Handle guest interactions, including complaints and service recovery, ensuring satisfaction

Support service delivery, including wine pairings and direct guest interaction

Oversee restaurant cleanliness, minor maintenance tasks, and general operational standards

Manage staff performance, appraisals, and disciplinary procedures as required

Update menus, wine pairings, and website information, and communicate changes to the team

Handle procurement for all operational needs including supplies, linens, décor, and bar items
-
Manage petty cash, daily takings, payments, and reconciliation
-
Conduct daily cash-ups, submit comps and debtors to accounts, and resolve discrepancies
