Oversee daily operations and ensure the restaurant is prepared and service-ready before each shift

Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and service standards

Create and assign floor layouts; communicate special dietary requirements and guest occasions to staff

Lead the team in providing excellent guest service and assist with wine pairings where required

Address and resolve customer complaints, follow up on reviews and feedback

Manage general maintenance, cleanliness, and ambiance of the restaurant

Staff performance reviews, appraisals, and disciplinary actions

Manage and update menus, wine pairings, and website content

Order and procure operational supplies including stationery, menus, glassware, linens, etc.

Manage cash flow, payments, petty cash, and reconcile with accounts

Conduct daily cash-ups and handle comps, debtors, and discrepancies

Perform various administrative and operational tasks as required
