Key Responsibilities:

Set and monitor department targets and objectives to ensure optimal performance

Drive sales and revenue through proactive strategies and innovation

Create new service and product ideas to maintain a competitive edge

Control costs in alignment with budgetary requirements

Maintain close collaboration between Front of House and Back of House teams

Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations

Oversee planning and execution of large-scale events

Maintain beverage profit margins

Define and monitor service and quality standards

Perform duty management shifts as needed
Required Qualifications and Experience:

Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or property

Strong budgeting, procurement, and cost control knowledge

Solid customer service background

Experience in menu planning and design

Compensation & Benefits:

Monthly salary: Negotiable, DOE

Performance bonus: Up to 20% of annual salary
