Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food experiences in line with the hotel's standards

Oversee all kitchen operations including food preparation, presentation, hygiene, and safety

Develop seasonal and innovative menus that reflect the brand’s identity and cater to guest preferences

Ensure quality control and consistency in every dish served

Maintain food cost control and manage kitchen budgets effectively

Source and maintain relationships with quality suppliers

Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff, ensuring high performance and team morale

Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef role within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment

Relevant culinary qualification

Strong leadership and communication skills

Creative and passionate about food trends and innovation

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations

Strong financial and administrative skills
