A prestigious fine dining restaurant and hospitality venue is seeking an experienced Sushi Restaurant Manager to oversee the seamless operation and profitability of its restaurant, in-room dining, and pool terrace services. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and Head Chef to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Grade 12 (matric) with a relevant tertiary qualification in Hospitality/Food Services Management preferred

2–3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury or 5-star environment

Wine certification or equivalent experience in wine service and pairing

Fine dining experience aligned with Gourmet Guide or Eat Out standards advantageous

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
