We are now looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our leadership team and help guide Wildeklawer into its next chapter of growth.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for:
- Managing the human resources department.
- The implementation of a career development and succession planning process.
- The establishment of a performance culture.
- Overseeing that all applicable statutory processes and other human resource focus areas are managed effectively.
The suitable candidate must have:
- Relevant experience of 10 years in a similar position.
- An appropriate tertiary qualification.
