Our client, a well-known lifestyle Halaal café in Kenilworth is a specialty grade coffee and eatery destination. We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join their team.
We are looking for an experienced Junior Manager to assist the General Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of this well-supported café. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, with the ability to work under pressure.
The key role incudes daily stock taking and admin related duties, and daily cash-up responsibilities with a focus on service delivery. Previous kitchen experience is beneficial. It will also be required to assist with waitering duties when on duty with the GM.
Position Requirements:
- Hospitality qualification beneficial
- At least 2 years’ experience in a junior manager role essential
- Previous kitchen experience beneficial
- Strong leadership and operational skills
- Own transport and valid driver’s license beneficial
- Strong ability to work under pressure
