Southern Suburb based wine estate is looking for a Personal Assistant with strong administration skill and experience.

GENERAL AND SECRETARIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Efficient and professional switchboard operations
Handling of general enquiries via website, email and calls
Administrative support provision to CEO and Marketing Manager
Manage all CEO's diary appointments and filing systems as well as manage CEO's, and other Managers and Directors' international and domestic travel planning and coordination
Coordinate all arrangements for Board meetings and general Annual meeting
Order wine labels and generate QR codes
Manage the entry process for wine shows and competitions
Assist in keeping all price lists current in coordination with the Marketing Manager and CEO
Manage and oversee all fun run events on the Estate
Organise basecamp logistics for film crews and liaise with CEO

REQUIREMENTS

At least 5 years' working experience in a similar position
Own transport
Previous working experience in the wine industry will be advantageous.
