How to apply:

We invite you to apply if you are passionate about wine, creativity, and making a meaningful impact.

Please submit your CV along with a one-page visual presentation based on the following caselet: Warwick Wine Estate is launching the “Back to Basics” campaign with a total paid media budget of R5,000 for a 7-day campaign using Instagram & Facebook (Meta Business Suite) and Google Ads (Search and/or Display).

Your presentation should creatively and logically outline your campaign strategy to drive traffic to Warwick’s online shop, convert sales, encourage sign-ups to Club Warwick, and increase brand visibility.

Key elements to consider:

  • Creative Concept: Describe the core content you would use across platforms, optionally including a visual mock-up, mood board or tone of voice reference.
  • Platform & Targeting Strategy: Define your target audience for each platform, ad placements, and formats. Which placements and ad formats would you use on Meta and Google (e.g. Instagram Reels, Facebook Stories, Google Search Display banners, etc.)
  • Spend Allocation & ROI Metrics: Explain how you would split the budget between Meta & Google Ads, expected results (clicks, conversions, ROAS, etc.), key performance indicators and what success looks like for you.
  • Optimisation Approach: Detail what and how you will adjust the campaign if it underperforms.

The layout, design, and format are up to you – show us your creative thinking and marketing logic. Submit both documents together to hr@warwickwine.com, to be considered for the role.
