Seeking passionate & vibrant Head Chef & Front of House Manager

Our hospitality team is expanding, and we are looking for two exceptional individuals to join our small, professional team within our Italian restaurant in Somerset West. 

Head Chef – Italian cuisine

We’re seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Head Chef with a deep understanding of authentic Italian cuisine. This is a unique opportunity to lead a talented kitchen team and showcase both traditional and contemporary Italian culinary expertise within a refined, high-end dining environment. 

Requirements:

• Italian Cuisine Experience 
• Proven experience as a Head Chef in a busy, upmarket restaurant (minimum five years)
• Strong leadership skills and a commitment to culinary experience

Front of House Manager 

We’re looking for a vibrant, friendly, and professional individual to lead our front-of-house team in a beautifully curated restaurant environment. If you thrive on delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing teams with energy and care, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a front of house management role in an upmarket restaurant (minimum five years)
• A natural flair for hospitality, strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
