- Take charge of the catering for the bistro and scenic picnic area
- Deliver top-notch cooking with precision and flair
- Run the pass during service – accuracy, timing, and calm under pressure is key
- Engage with guests – friendly, confident communication is a must
- Bring fresh, innovative ideas to our menu and service offerings
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and professionalism
Requirements:
- Excellent cooking skills – you're proud of your food
- Fully bilingual in English
- Computer literate
- A natural communicator with a friendly, professional demeanour
- Strong leadership at the pass during busy shifts
- Able to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and evenings
- Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Reliable and committed to delivering exceptional guest experience
- Customer service mindset – our guests come first
You must reside in or near Stellenbosch with own transportation and a valid driver's license.
