De Toren has a harvest intern position available. From November 2025 to end April 2026.

The position will expose you to quality and organic viticultural and winemaking practices.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Sampling
  • Data Capturing
  • Grape intake and pressing
  • Yeast Propagation
  • Pump-overs and punch-downs
  • Wine additions
  • Balling readings and capturing
  • Working extended hours as needed and on weekends
  • Racking
  • Barrel work
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
  • Team Management

Skill requirements:

  • Reliable transport
  • Degree or diploma in winemaking
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
  • Sense of humour

During harvest days breakfast and lunch will be served.
