Koelenhof Wine Cellar, situated just outside Stellenbosch, currently has the above-mentioned position available for a dynamic individual who can take initiative, and lead the full maintenance function.
The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): *Maintenance of all cellar equipment, bottling equipment, and machinery including, overhauling of pumps and gearboxes, welding, basic electrical maintenance, all PVC piping/stainless steel piping and basic general construction work *Ensuring compliance with safety regulations *All other ad hoc maintenance and administrative functions related to this position.
Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in the mechanical/electrical trade;
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of cellar and bottling machinery;
- Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English);
- A valid driver’s license.

- ‘n Geldige rybewys.
