We’re looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and energetic individual to join our team as a Junior Wedding Coordinator on a part-time basis, starting in October 2025.

Remote Work with Occasional In-Person Meetings/Site Visits - Ideal for a Student or Recent Graduate
What You’ll Do:

Assist the lead coordinator with event setup, client communication, and day-of logistics

Liaise with vendors and suppliers as needed

Help with admin tasks and timelines

Attend and assist on-site at weddings (mostly on weekends)

Support creative planning processes and brainstorm ideas

Friendly, reliable, and professional in appearance and attitude

Calm under pressure and able to multitask

A strong communicator (both written and verbal)

Passionate about weddings, events, and bringing joy to others

Willing to work weekends and flexible hours
Requirements:

Your own reliable vehicle (non-negotiable)

Access to a laptop and stable WiFi connection

Fluent in English (both written and verbal), should be able to understand and speak a bit of Afrikaans as well

Available for remote work during the week + on-site support when needed
