Seeking an experienced Assistant Tasting Room Manager to form part of a dynamic team at an Upmarket Estate in the heart of Stellenbosch Winelands.
 
We are looking for an individual with a stable track record, Strong guest service skills, a genuine interest in wine with sound wine knowledge, strong organisational skills, leadership abilities,
 
The role supports in overseeing daily tasting room operations, ensuring a positive guest experience, and promoting the winery's products.
 
Key duties include assisting with staff management, guest service, inventory control, driving and tracking of sales, event coordination relating to the winery, reporting and record keeping.
 
Position Requirements:
 
• Ideally a tertiary qualification in Hospitality, or a WSET / CWA qualification
• Previous experience in assistant management roles; in a high-end hospitality environment
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
• Highly guest centric
• Applicants to reside in the local vicinity of Stellenbosch
 
REMUNERATION: Negotiable. (Dependant on Experience)
