We're Hiring: Chef de Partie

Muratie Wine Estate is looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

The Role:

You’ll work closely with our Head Chef to prepare and present quality seasonal dishes that complement our award-winning wines. From daily lunches to special events, you’ll play a key role in delivering memorable food experiences.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety
• Passion for fresh, local ingredients and plating quality dishes
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Flexible to work weekends and public holidays
