Kleine Zalze Wines in Stellenbosch is looking for Cellar Interns to work on this award-winning Estate for the upcoming harvest. We process around 1000 tons in a season, ranging from Cap Classique to Cabernet.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Grape sampling, grape receival, crushing, pressing, cleaning of tanks and barrels, making additions, basic lab analysis, fermentation monitoring, transfers, blending and barrel work.
Duration of harvest: middle January until middle May 2026
Must be willing to work overtime and weekends
Own transport and accommodation essential
A relevant qualification in Viticulture and Oenology is required, and previous experience will be advantageous.
