Key Responsibilities include daily food preparation for lunch and dinner, inventory management, and ensuring food quality and safety.
Requirements, Skills and Experience:
• Strong culinary skill set, with experience gained in all kitchen sections
• Passionate about cooking and committed to progress in your role
• Strong leadership abilities
• Ability to design and develop seasonal menus
• Ability to accurately cost menus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a busy kitchen environment
• Inventory management and quality control
• Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays)
• Own reliable transport
