Cavalli Estate is seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our exceptional culinary team. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of their speciality, be highly organized, and thrive in a high-pressure, fine dining environment where consistent excellence is expected.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, monitor, and present dishes to Cavalli Estate’s standards.

Enforce strict health, hygiene, and safety protocols in the kitchen.

Take responsibility for your section, giving clear instructions to junior staff while executing directives from senior management.

Troubleshoot and resolve problems that may arise during service.

Manage stock effectively, ensuring it is respected, rotated, and controlled.

Ensure food is correctly wrapped, labeled, and stored.

Maintain cleaning schedules and delegate tasks as needed.

Follow all policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.

Communicate professionally and consistently with colleagues and management.

Lead by example through professionalism, discipline, and dedication.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as Chef de Partie or in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment.

Formal culinary qualification / diploma preferred.

Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques and plating standards.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
