Cavalli Estate is seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our exceptional culinary team. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of their speciality, be highly organized, and thrive in a high-pressure, fine dining environment where consistent excellence is expected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, monitor, and present dishes to Cavalli Estate’s standards.

  • Enforce strict health, hygiene, and safety protocols in the kitchen.

  • Take responsibility for your section, giving clear instructions to junior staff while executing directives from senior management.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems that may arise during service.

  • Manage stock effectively, ensuring it is respected, rotated, and controlled.

  • Ensure food is correctly wrapped, labeled, and stored.

  • Maintain cleaning schedules and delegate tasks as needed.

  • Follow all policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.

  • Communicate professionally and consistently with colleagues and management.

  • Lead by example through professionalism, discipline, and dedication.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as Chef de Partie or in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment.

  • Formal culinary qualification / diploma preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques and plating standards.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

  • Passion for food, creativity, and continuous improvement.
