We’re looking for dynamic, professional, and enthusiastic waitstaff to join our team for the upcoming high season at one of the Winelands’ premier fine dining destinations. (6-month contract)
What you’ll do:
- Deliver outstanding guest experience with warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service
- Present and describe dishes and wine pairings with confidence and professionalism
- Work closely with the kitchen and sommelier teams to ensure a seamless service flow
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, etiquette, and efficiency
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a high-end hospitality environment
- Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed. Off on Christmas & New Year’s day
- A passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences
- Commitment for the full season
