A specialized cellar in Klapmuts is seeking to employ a Quality and Food Safety Controller to join their busy team.
The incumbent will assist with the administration of production processes such as disgorgement and labelling, receival of dry goods of multiple clients and SKU's, Production quality control; stock control and record keeping.
Requirements:
- own transport
- At least 2 years quality or food safety experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of HACCP/GMP standards and able to apply and enforce in a team
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail are import qualities
