ASARA Wine Estate and Hotel situated in Stellenbosch has the above positions available.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the wine industry, work in a beautiful setting, and be part of a dynamic, welcoming team. Own transport essential.
DUTIES will include (but not be limited to):
1. Guest Service (Attract, Retain and Grow)
2. Promote and upselling of wines and merchandise to guests
3. Hosting, preparing and presenting the tastings to guests
4. Assist with the events and special functions in the Tasting Room
5. Wine and food knowledge essential
SKILLS
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent command of English, additional international foreign language advantageous
• Leadership skills
• Experience in hotel software and Microsoft Office
• Detail-orientated & accurate
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Calm under pressure!
