A new and innovative luxury fine dining restaurant is looking to hire a bubbly, energetic and highly professional individual to join their team in mid November. This dynamic role combines the warmth and professionalism of a fine dining hostess with the knowledge and passion of a junior sommelier. The successful candidate will welcome and host guests, guide them through wine tastings with confidence, assist with food service and plating, and play a vital part in maintaining a vibrant, elegant atmosphere in the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and host guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Present wine tastings with confidence, explaining varietals, regions, and food pairings in an engaging and accessible way.
• Offer alternative wine suggestions when required and answer guest questions knowledgeably.
• Assist the chef and service team in plating and delivering dishes during service.
• Maintain strong coordination between kitchen and front-of-house to ensure seamless service flow.
• Contribute to the overall atmosphere of the restaurant with a vibrant, confident, and engaging presence.
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, and guest care.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Solid knowledge of wines and wine service (formal wine education is advantageous).
• Previous experience in a hospitality or fine dining environment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, engaging personality.
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced service environment.
• Strong attention to detail in both presentation and guest experience.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance at all times.

Working Conditions:
• Fast-paced fine dining restaurant environment.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts required.
• 5 Days a week (Wednesdays – Sundays)
• Working Hours: 11:30 – 22:00
