**EXPERIENCED SOUS CHEF**
 
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented SOUS CHEF with a passion for Italian-inspired cuisine. The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years’ experience on Sous Chef level in an upmarket dining environment, with a strong ability to manage a high-volume kitchen operation.
 
**CDP / COOKS**
 
Passionate about food and cooking with a stable track record. Previous experience gained in a busy upmarket, Italian-style restaurant, beneficial, focused on food quality and presentation.
 
Candidates already residing in Paarl / Wellington / Franschhoek areas will receive preference.
